We have partnered with Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service, to handle our deliveries efficiently and responsibly. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
Please check to make sure your postal address is correct before placing the order.
We also send deliveries with Australia Post.
Lost Parcel Policy
At MKP Perfumes, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you safely and on time. However, in the rare event that a parcel is not delivered, here’s how we can assist:
Parcel Not Delivered: If the courier service fails to deliver your parcel and it is deemed lost, please contact us. We will liaise with the courier to confirm insurance eligibility and arrange for a replacement parcel to be sent to you. Keep in mind that this process may take a few days.
Parcel Delivered But Not Received: If the courier service provides proof of delivery to your nominated address but you have not received the parcel, it is possible that the parcel was stolen after delivery. In such cases, the courier service does not accept responsibility, and we are unable to offer a replacement or compensation for the lost parcel.
